Colt Dragoon

I wanted to put everything I learned by doing Simon Fuchs's military radio tutorial to the test and this is the result. Overall I'm very pleased to be able to get through the entire process with few issues.

I chose to model the Colt Dragoon as it's a gun featured in one of my favourite books: Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. Thinking about what I was creating in that context - rather than as a random object to replicate - made the project more enjoyable I think.

I had perhaps too much fun messing with different lighting setups in marmoset.
